Releasing Daywise / Weekwise / Monthly Production Plan according to Marketing demand.
Circulation of status for receipt of Production report from ensuring Aggregate B/F twice A shift.
Managing minimum WIP of veh with coordinating production team.
Maintain production plan in critical conditions (such as shortages of material).
Make production plan as per the availability of material
Follow up with marketing team for any change in demand.
Generation of ( DPR) Daily Production Report.
Vehicle history updating in SAP.
