1. General Manager
Job Description :
Incumbent should be a Degree/Diploma in Marketing, with an experience of over 10 years in Sales in a reputed Logistics / Freight Forwarding company, with good leadership ability. Candidate should have good knowledge & exposure about air / sea freight, custom clearance, warehousing & Distribution. He/She should be able to handle highly ambitious all India sales team.

2. Manager
Department : Sales
Job Description :
The candidate should be ideally a professional degree holder with adequate Sales experience in dealing with shippers/intermediaries and leading corporate with a proven track record. Must have a good network and relationships with the players in local market and surrounding areas. Candidates should be able to identify potential customers, apply innovative methods to obtain target results and lead a sales team, maintain relations with Shippers / Consignees/ CHA's/ Forwarders. Must be able to independently correspond and communicate with Principals.

3. Assistant Manager /S r.Executive / Executive
Department : Sales
Job Description :
Candidate should be Graduate with adequate experience in Liner Shipping / Forwarding Sales. Should be dynamic, go-getter with good communication skills and strong customer orientation. Should have good contacts with Shippers / Consignees/ CHA's/ Forwarders. Will be responsible for achieving targets and ensuring timely collections. Will negotiate freight rates with customer's basis approval from Line Managers. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining and updating customer records in ERP system.

4. Sr. Executive/Executive
Department : Documentation
Job Description :
Candidate should be Graduate with adequate experience in Import / Export Documentation activities of a shipping line/agency. The candidate would be responsible for manifest and data updation in the ERP system. Should be able to handle correspondence independently, day to day activities pertaining to documentation and coordinate effectively with all departments & to ensure customer satisfaction at the highest levels.

5. Sr.Executive/Executive
Department : Customer Service
Job Description :
Candidate should be Graduate with adequate experience in similar capacity in Liner Shipping / Forwarding. Should be smart, presentable and must possess good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for updations and keeping track - pre shipment to post shipment- until arrival at destination, keeping the customers – internal and external, informed in the process. Should co-ordinate effectively with all departments & to ensure customer satisfaction at the highest levels. Responsibilities include identifying sales leads and passing on the same to the Sales team.

6. Executive Department
Operations (CHA)
Job Description :
Candidate should be a graduate with minimum 2-3 years experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company. He should be capable of supporting the docks staff with release of delivery order, obtaining charges for DO, co-ordinating with transporters and other entities. Should be able to work independently with good communication skills and computer literacy is a must.
