Biochemical estimations, Microbiological Techniques, Immunological Techniques, SDS-PAGE, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis (DNA/RNA), Western Blotting, Chromatographic Techniques, Animal Cell Culture Techniques, Plant Tissue Culture, , PCR Techniques.
I am also familiar with the working of Fermentation System (2.0 Litre, Biotron Fully Automated Fermentor System, India), Gel Documentation System (BioRad, USA), ELISA Plate Reader (BioRad, USA), UV Vis-Spectrophotometer (Schimadzu, Japan) etc.,
