with vertical heads of infrastructure/building and liaison with partners/vendors
Managing resource requirements and allocation of assets as per requirement
Ensuring timelines and costs of the project are matched with the executed contracts
Recommend cost-effective solutions to address challenges and/or opportunities of the
project. Assist in mitigating risks & issues
Preparing & publishing regular MIS to communicate project progress to management.
