Here has 3X12 MW,1X18 MW Power Plant With THREE AFBC Boiler (36,51&51TPH) and THREE WHRB(39TPH each) . All of the systems are controlled by PLC (Schneider Electric Quantum version) and DCS(ABB)
My Responsibilities :
(a) PLC (Schneider Quantum), DCS (ABB) Logic modification, Interlock checking Control valve PID Tuning. And modification.
(b) Filed Instruments like Control Valve s (motorize & Pneumatic) maintenance and serving pneumatic and electro pneumatic positioner maintenance and serving.
(c) T/C, RTD, Transmitters(Pressure, flow and Level) erection commissioning, servicing, calibration and maintenance Loop Testing etc.
(d) Shutdown job Planning and report making after completion of job .Daily maintenance planning , Preventative Maintenance report making. Instruments history maintained, spare requirement etc.
(e) Turbine Vibration probe, Speed sensor (MPU) erection, termination and maintenance.
(f) Temperature scanner configuration, commissioning and maintenance.

a) 1x18MW Thermal Power Plant Commissioning with 18 MW (siemens turbine) 51TPH (AFBC) & 36TPH (WHRB) Boiler.
