Job Description
- To work independently on building design and detail engineering projects independently with high accuracy
- To guarantee the timeliness and quality of all products delivered
- Designing of various kinds of buildings - High Rise and low rise, commercial and residential
- To lead a team of Engineers and draftsmen
- To provide training to the fellow team members
- To check the products, design & drawings digitally (AutoCAD / Microstation) and on paper as well.
- To make time estimation and project documentation

Desired Candidate Profile
- Designing Software â Staad Pro (preferred)
- Drafting Software â AutoCAD, Microstation
- Others â Microsoft office
- To have excellent communication skills (oral and written both) in English
- To have good project management skills
- To have good team management skills

Project work at M-Tech course :
Title :“Behavior of concrete columns confined by different types of hoops”
The project includes casting of 32 columns with 4 different types of confinements with 5mm diameter of steel. The column with M25 grade of concrete, with 8 bars, with size of column 150*150*700 is taken as reference concrete. The comparison with reference concrete with columns containing diagonal stirrups, single hook, double hook confinements. The columns compared by replacement of 15% admixtures such as fly ash, silica fume, metakoline, and testing for ultimate load of the column.

- A National Level Technical Paper entitled “Earthquake resistant buildings” and won the runners-up award.
