Academic Project :
‘Fabrication of Vehicle Differential Control System’ with an objective of getting out vehicle’s wheel stuck in mud or ice pothole by using extraordinary mechatronic techniques.
Brief Explanation-Actually it was quite untidy and hideous job for old drivers who use to face the problem after their vehicle gets stuck in mud pothole so to avoid these situation we came out with a mechatronic technique in which we used 2 electromagnetic clutch (working as a brake) attached to four wheels we have attached a sensor (for speed variation check) with an combination of electronic and mechanical circuit. We have set a variation range of 30,if exceeded pulse is generated by microcontroller chip to activate the electromagnetic clutch of non stuck wheel which suddenly binds the wheel and brings it to rest thereby wheel stuck comes out within 2 or 3 seconds. Actually we have set a program of 3 seconds.

- Vibration Testing on Machines – Actually we were doing our training under an intern who
came to India to pursue her PHD at CMRI(Presently CIMFR).We had a machine for
measuring vibrational changes on changing wheels diameter, attaching bolts/without bolts
etcetera, simulation showing motion of vibrational changes on system(computer) attached to
the machine
