TECHNICAL OVERVIEW :-
Piping Stress Analysis :-
- Preparation of Stress critical P&ID and Critical Line List.
- Perform flexibility analysis (static & dynamic) of piping system in CAESAR II ver 5.0,5.1 & 4.5 of lines connected to Compressors, Fired Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Pumps, storage tanks and Rack Piping etc.
- Familiar with International Piping codes and standards ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, API, IS and OISD.
- Extraction of isometrics from CAESAR II software.
- Responsible for performing PSV analysis, Seismic Analysis, Wind Analysis and their load case philosophies.
- Perform Nozzle flexibilities (Over loaded nozzles qualification) like WRC 107/297.
- Performed variety of Analyses like Dynamic Analysis, Flange leakage check, WRC 107/297 check, API 610 Pump Nozzle load check, API 617, API 560, API 661 and NEMA SM23 in CAESAR II software.
- Support coding, Special supports designing and its withstanding ability verification.
- Preparation of technical data, knowledge and selection of Spring hangers (variable), and Struts.
