Project Title Design And Development Of A Setup For Gasket Testing At Elevated Temperature
Company IGP Engineers Private Limited, Thiruvanmiyur.
Description
In this project, the existing manual operation of gasket testing machine is converted into hydraulic operation, and the gasket is tested at elevated temperature.
RESPONSIBILITIES CARRIED OUT
- Receiving the approved drawings from design department and cross checking the drawings.
- Issuing the CNC program in the right time for production with maximum of sheet utilization.
- Planning of production to fulfill the customer satisfaction.
- Updating the production status in SAP. By SAP I had planned to reduce the extra cabinet production and to reduce production time.
- System implementation like 5s, QMS (Quality Management Systems), EMS (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS (Occupational Human Safety Assessment Service).
WORKED UNDER VARIOUS FIELDS WHICH INCLUDES
PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT :
Initially I was appointed as Engineer trainee in Production Department. Worked to control the production and to get the correct cabinet from the workers in right time for management satisfaction and customer satisfaction. I planned the production based on the orders to achieve the target in right time. I will update production stage wise in SAP.
