    We artificers technologies a start up company in software development and services, now building resource pool.

    We are not a training division but we are starting a training program, We will give you an opening where you can work with our developers and can be part of our product development team ( Lead resources from top 10 IT companies are mentoring and leading our product development),

    Planned duration for the program is 6 months, After 6 months based on your performance and the need we may hire you in our company as software engineer, else you can get your experience as Trainee Engineer.

    Do we collecting fee for this training?
    Yes, We collect INR -15,000/- , This is for covering the infrastructure and running expenses when you join

    What do we cover in your training?
    We cover HTML,CSS, JS and SQL in the beginning, Then we will put you with our opensource team where you can learn Drupal and Web Development , Currently we are building multiple website portfolios.
    Then move to Our Microsoft team , Were you can learn ASP.Net , C# , SharePoint (WSS/2010 Foundation)
    Based on the need we may directly place you in Microsoft Team / Projects

    What extra you can learn?
    Since we are doing development with different practices in CMMI Level 3, You can do or be with the team who do
    - Requirement Analysis , Design , Development , Review and Unit Testing
    You can learn configuration management, (SVN), attend meetings from our US Clients and Internal status meetings (You may be a silent participant)

    How do we recruit?
    Shortlisted candidate will required to meet our team for a general discussion.

    What can you expect from us
    We are Just a start up, You may work in night shifts in your training time also, since we don't follow classroom style of training and it will be a on-the-job training.

    Desired Candidate Profile :
    The candidates need to attend 3 months training at Artificers Technologies. On successful completion of training, the candidate gets appointed as Software Trainee with stipend for 6 months. After 9 months candidate will be hired as SE in Artificers
