- Co-ordinate the timely gathering of payroll required information and to process it efficiently.

- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records
- Complete monthly payroll for employees
- Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll matters
- Enforces established payroll related policies, procedures and regulations
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Perform daily payroll department operations
- Carrying out the salary input and output process
- Responsible for attendance process
- Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deduction.
- Involved in annual increment rating, promotions leave encashment, incentives and bonus calculations.
- Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
- Handled entire process for settlement and FNF on time.
- Keep records of leave pay and nontaxable wages.
- Compiles payroll data, and enters data or computes and posts wages, and reconciles errors, to maintain payroll records.
- Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.).
- Assisting with Event management to all the employees on festive days and on occasional days, birthday batch etc...
- Responsible in performing routine HR activity.
- Handling employee grievances and resolving conflicts between employees.
- Tallying Salary reports from finance Module.
- Working on PF, Insurance and Gratuity related work
- To perform all PF related work like Transfer In, withdrawals, Monthly returns and Annual returns on timely basis.
- To accomplish all reimbursements like Fuel, Mobile and Medical on timely basis.
- To ensure on smooth Payroll, Compliance audit, have handled audit queries as well.
- Handled Gratuity renewal and monthly additions of employees,.
- Handled MLWF
Qualification : -
MBA passed with 70% in 2011 from Punjab Technical University
BCOM passed with 70% in 2009
Additional knowledge : - Completed MS-CIT Course with 93%
Additional Skills : - Completed SAP Version 4.6 C in HR
