1. Veterinary Compounder (Livestock Assistant) :
Having 2 years experience in appropriate medication.
Confident of being able to handle 150 cows efficiently.
Should have thorough knowledge of AI & PD.

2. Veterinary Doctor (B.Vsc.) :
Confident of handling Dairy farms with 300 Cows.
Take full charge of Medication, Nutrition and reproduction.
Health record of each and every animal shall have to be monitored and stored through systematic computer applications.
Management of Nursing Staff should be vested in Him.

3. Dairy Technologist :
Candidate possessing good Academic Background.
Minimum 5 years experience in the field.
Confident to take independent charge of the plant i.e. technological up gradation of plant & machinery for quality improvement, cost reduction and uses of waste residual.
He would also be responsible for process control from Milk reception to Pasteurization/Sterilization, making Paneer, Dahi, Rasgulla and other syrup based sweets.
Eventually the ideal packing system shall have to be introduced for extension of shelf life and creation of marketing Appeal.

4. Horticulturist :
Candidate to take independent charge of developing 150 hectares of arid zone land into fruit bearing tree plantation and fodder cultivation.
Entire responsibility from selection of suitable trees to plantation and growth would have to be borne by him.
