DESCRIPTION ABOUT COMPANY :
A leading payroll processing company in Bangalore. Undertaking all the Payroll end-to-end activities which included Income Tax consultation, filing Income Tax, remittance of Profession Tax, ESI, LWF, and PF.
NATURE OF WORK :
- Handled Indian Payroll for other company with head count of above 3500 which was outsourced for payroll processing
- Creating Payroll Schedule/Calendar for FFS and Regular process as a monthly activity & taking sign-off from the client to ensure that everything is done according to the requirement and nothing is missed out in payroll
- Validation of Input received & seeking clarification before processing FFS or Regular from client and updating Investment declaration & proofs which are updated by employees
- Maintain employee master database for head count reconciliation
- Calculation of Arrears, Proration for new joinees and LOP/LOPR for employees
- Complying with Control Reports as per client requirement and company policy by checking control reports for recurring, one time payments, head count etc by doing in maker & checker concept internally
- Process Monthly Deliverables to the clients (like Salary Reconciliation Statement, Pay slips, Employee Strength Report, statutory Reports PT, PF, IT, OT, LOP/LOPR, CTC report etc) and arranging for statutory remittance
- Preparing bank transfer as per bank prescribed format and sending the bank transfer (CITI, ICICI, HDFC, Vijaya & AXIS Banks)
- Attending Queries through mail as well as on site for employees those who need clarification on their payslip and IT computation
- Generate MIS reports on every month for management review.

- Interact with vendors/consultants for remitting all statutory deductions and maintain the receipts for audit purpose
