More than 15 years experience in logistics industries individually handling accounts & administration department. Preparing & maintaining of all Accounts books, cash books, Bank books & Ledger etc manual & computerized. Handling all the Bank matters like prepare bank reconciliation including overdraft a/cs correspondence with bank for all the bank matters. Communicating & looking all the matters with local clients & Overseas Partners for outstanding and remittance. Follow-ups Debtors control. Supervising and handling accounts of Airlines, CSR, Shipping Lines a/cs & sub agents a/cs etc. Looking all the disbursement a/cs.Handling all the statutory authorities such as Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax etc.Responsible for all the accounts matters up to finalization. Looking & handling all the audit matters. Well versed in “Tally ERP” accounting system and can be easily accommodated in any accounts related software.
Knowledge of works :
Manual Accounts & Computerized accounting : Writing & maintain in computer books of Accounts, preparation of bank reconciliation, Trial Balance, P & L a/c, Balance Sheet etc .Also operate any accounts software and preparation statement of accounts.
Income Tax & TDS : Obtaining PAN, calculation of advance tax etc. A good knowledge of all types of TDS, calculation deduction and payments of monthly TDS as well as quarterly/ annual return on line. Issued of quarterly certificates form no 16A & annual certificate form 16.
Service Tax : A good knowledge of obtaining new Service Tax No. On line registration and other formalities. Calculation, preparation and payments of chalans on line & manual. Easily filing half yearly return manually and on line.
Remittance : File on line form No 15 CA & fill up form No 15 CB for remittance to our overseas partners on time to time .
Provident Fund & ESI : Knowledge of Provident fund & ESI like Calculation, deduction and preparation monthly chalans & deposit in bank. File half yearly & annually return. Also guide all formalities for P.F. withdrawal.
ROC : New company Registration, obtaining DIN, Digital signature, Verification of Name Etc.
Air Line CSR : Checking CSR of air lines and issue CSR for sub agent on F/N basis.
Fund : Daily checking on line bank for fund availability. Releasing payments as per fund availability and follow up with debtors for Collection.
Audit & Tax Audit : Interaction with statuary auditors regarding audit & other a/cs matters, preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss accounts etc.
Misc : Check shipments statues on line on ICE GATE, Operate Air Port site for generate V.C & location. Operate any Export / Import operation systems.
