Job Description
To quantify the work done under each contract and sub contract, both civil and electrical, in the micro and macro levels, so as to assure that detailed bill preparation is facilitated. He should therefore possess adequate skills in Civil and Electrical Engineering and also in quantifying the output. The Quantity Surveyor should posses good communication skill to facilitate effective interaction amongst the field staff as well as Engineers, so as to assure all relevant information is received, quantified and converted to monetary terms and billing facilitated. He must be healthy and energetic to undertake surveying of work sites, measuring the output on a timely basis.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Quantity Surveying. Capable of preparing bills, claims, variations, post contract documentation and final accounting. Should have through knowledge of Quantity Surveying and be capable of carrying out contractual correspondence. Proficiency in MS Office necessary.
