Educational Qualification :
Jr. Manager (HR) :
(i) Degree of a recognized University with Two years full time or three years part time Post Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA)/ Management Studies (MMS)/ Personnel Management (MPM) with specialization in Human Resources Management / Development/ Personnel Management or equivalent Management qualification from a University recognized by UGC or Institute approved by AICTE; and
(ii) Minimum Computer Literacy : Must be proficient in M.S. Office.

Public Relation Officer :
(1) Post Graduate Degree in Journalism OR Degree in Journalism or Mass Media Communication.
(2) Minimum Computer literacy. Must be proficient in M.S.Office.

Translator cum- Proof Reader :
(1) A degree in IInd class from recognized University with Marathi as a Principal Subject.
(2) Adequate knowledge of English & Marathi.

Upper Age Limit As On 31/05/2012 : 35 years.
