** Starting procedure of the booster fan should be followed carefully.
** Draining of all Drip pots , Sealpots should be done on regular basis ,so that no complain fom the consumer side for pressure drop.
** After few months PGP(Producer Gas Plant) was set up near the boosting station ,so to increase the flow & calorific value of the gas.
** 5 nos of PGP was set up having capacity of 3000NM3/hr of each.,
** It was the first time that both BF Gas & PGP Gas mixes in the mixer chamber & goes to the consumer .
** Myself go to the Blast Furnace & looks after the charging system,Cast house area, PCM area,& Blower house area.
** Blast Furnace charging, Cast house metal tapping & PCM pouring done .
** During Shutdown Blast Furnace Runner making, Furnace top cleaning ,& PCM sticker removing from the mould done.
