Business Development Executives (Chennai) :
Dynamic Engineers / Graduates having flair for sales with prior exposure to Constructions Field with an ability to meet business targets through effective marketing & selling skills. Having the ability to identify potential clients, generating the leads, manage existing customer relationships, understanding the requirements of the clients, providing an appropriate solution and closing the sales.

What are we looking for? :
Male Engineer / Graduate candidates with 1 to 3+ years (Fresher's can also apply) of experience in marketing are preferred. Marketing experience within the Constructions environment will be an added advantage
Confident and effective presentation skills
Exceptional interpersonal & Time Management skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to understand vital information
Candidates having a pleasing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should have experience in working and achieving targets consistently
Should own a vehicle

Responsibilities :
Identifying potential clients in the market and initiating business
Identifying potential business opportunities through existing database
Understanding the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization or to the expertise and skills
Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms, building credibility, gaining market share
Ability to manage the relationship at various levels of the clients
Liaising between the clients and internal teams for various concerns, wherever required
Driving the Sales revenues & achieving them
