    Duties and Responsibilities (Inspection Engineer)
    - Creation of Corrosion loops and circuits, TML placement ,and Inspection Drawings and by 3D Modelling using RealityLINx 5.4 software for plants (EOEG, U&O, PP, OLEFINS, HDPE, PHENOLICS AND POLYCORBANATES)
    - Make Corrosion loops highlighted on P & IDs using marked PFDs.
    - During marking from PFD to P&ID checking the material of process line and make correct marking of complete process according to API 570 standard procedure.
    - Extract all construction isometric drawings from the server and convert them in to inspection drawings using Micro station and AutoCAD.
    - All vendor equipment drawing are has to be converted to inspection drawing.
    - Placing TML’s on equipments and piping components using highlighted/marked P & IDs and PFDs.
    - Making Knowledge Views of TML marking points for field verification in a arranged order or clear view of TML’s on Equipment and piping lines.
    - From go through these knowledge views inspection has to be done in site on equipments and piping using UT method respective to given equipment numbers and line numbers of piping.
    - After getting all TML’s readings verify the Thickness of material given in Vendor drawing or According to material specification for schedule of material how much thickness is given in API standards, collect that data’s and check the readings which have to be taken in site .
    - If the comparison reading between actual taking in field and Standard given is within the limit of allowance standard thickness then it is accepted .
    - If the reading is giving more differences then further action to be taken .
    - After this making a correct TML’s readings Data sheet with respect to Equipments and pipe line numbers and submit these documents to client.
    - Inspect the all final files before sending to client.
    - To maintain the project status, handling of queries and Client feedbacks.

    Duties & Responsibilities (Piping Inspector) :
    - Working as a Quality Control Inspector and responsible for the entire piping erection inspection as follows; material inspection at ware house prior to issue for fabrication, visual inspection of welds verify the use of approved welding procedure specification, co-ordination with the third party inspectors and witness welder performance qualification test (PWQT) in accordance with ASME Sec. IX also witness procedure qualification test (PQR) including tension and guided-bend tests, hardness tests For the qualification of WPS in accordance with ASME Sec. IX and project specification.
    - Verify test results of non-destructive examination, Review Radiographic Films at site and fabrication shop, RF pad leak testing, internal pipe cleaning, blasting and painting, Piping line check prior to hydro test and verify the installation of valves, direction of valves, identification tag and type, rating of flanges, supports, fittings, gaskets, drains, vents, blind flanges and gaskets etc, and material as per drawing and approved procedures.
    - Prepare punch list prior to hydro test and final mechanical completion check. Final line checks with client prior to hand over the system.
    - Review hydro test packages and verify the following; NDT completion, weld map/summary, radiography reports, checklist, valve list, P&ID showing test limits, isometric drawing, support details drawing, review line history sheet
    - Verify all NDT examination records, material traceability record, pressure gauges calibration certificates, safety relief valve calibration, manifold test record, etc.
    - Witness hydrotesting, evaluation of test package contents against drawing requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy of the piping system, verification of closed punch items and conduct walk through for each completed piping system prior to mechanical acceptance, final painting inspection of piping and structure steel pipe rack prior to handing over the piping system, fire fighting system piping installation, and witness the demonstration of sprinkler system.
    - Review sub-contract to verify the documentation/records is complied / maintained as per approved procedure, and prepare finding during auditing and reports to QC manager.
    - Responsible for static equipment erection inspection as follows; foundation elevation inspection, pad plate elevation check, equipment elevation, verticality, and verify foundation and equipment centre lines, bolt tightening and grouting, internal tray inspection to confirm proper gap, level according to vendor’s drawing and bolts tightening.
    - Monitoring and inspecting the erection works by the subcontractors including piping, welding and insulation and co-ordination with client and subcontractors for the quality issues and issuing NCR’s when non-conformity activities were noted by the subcontractors.

    Duties & Responsibilities(Mechanical Inspector) :
    As a Rotating equipment Engineer, inspecting the alignment activities and invigilating site activities as per PIP 686. Supervision of positioning and levelling at machinery and clearing the queries related to maintenance aspects through all dimensional verification. IPMT (Integrated Project Maintenance Team) leads to good destination at Plant building activities.
