JNARDDC invites applications from Indian nationals for the post of Director.

Name of the Post : Director

Job Profile :
The Director is the Chief Executive Officer. He shall be responsible for the overall functioning of the Institute and planning for its future course of action. He is expected to undertake necessary initiatives to take the Institute on a growth path to greater heights and ensure fulfilling the objectives of the Institute.

Qualification :
a) Degree in Metallurgical Engineering / Chemical Engineering of a recognized university or its equivalent.

Experience :
a) Atleast 20 years of professional experience in a responsible capacity in a research/ academic institution or alumnium industry with significant experience in alumnium research, development and design as well as administrative experience in guiding and training research and / or design works.
b) Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of alumina / aluminium technology including downstream processing and waste utilization.

Desirable : . Experience in the areas of Materials Science

Scale of Pay : PB–4 ( 37,400 - 67,000) + Grade Pay 10,000

Age : Less than 55 years

Fee : Rs.500/- by DD drawn in favour of J.N.A.R.D.D.C payable at Nagpur

**Terms of appointment : The offer of appointment shall be upto the age of 60 years. The incumbent will be on probation for a period of one year.
