Details of the project : Generally topping up operation is to be performed when electrolyte is evaporated in batteries. For these once in a year topping up operation is to be done on Ni-Cd Railway batteries Manually. For this to avoid the Manual filling and those related errors. We design and introduce a Automatic water filling cart for topping up operation with a low flow rate of 0.7 lit/min with less maintenance cost.
