All concerned may kindly note that RRC/W Rly vide its Employment Notice No. 2/2010 (WR erstwhile Gr ‘D’ in Pay Band -1, Grade Pay -1800/-) dt. 16/12/2010 will be holding the written examination as per schedule given below :

Instructions regarding Duplicate Call letter : Duplicate Call letter can be downloaded from the website of Railway Recruitment Cell’s website i.e. www.rrc-wr.com , seven ( 7 ) days prior to the scheduled date of written exam.

Tentative Time of Exam : 10.30-12.30 hrs

Candidates may also know the status of their application vide our website mentioned above.

Call letters for Eligible Candidates are being despatched.

(Note : Call letters have been despatched / are being dispatched according to exam schedule to eligible candidates only through Business Post. RRC-WR will not be responsible for non-receipt of call letters, postal delay or wrong delivery.)

The duplicate Call letter can also be downloaded from the website of Railway Recruitment Cell’s website, seven ( 7 ) days prior to the scheduled date of written exam.

Ineligible Candidates are being informed separately alongwith reasons for rejection of their application. The same can also be seen from the website of Railway Recruitment Cell’s website .

(Note : The decision of RRC- WR in this aspect is final, and no further correspondence shall be entertained and such candidates SHOULD NOT enquire about their eligibility and request for issue of Duplicate call letter. )

IMPORTANT : Railway Recruitment Cell, Western Railway have not appointed any agents or coaching centres for acting on its behalf. Candidates are warned against any such claims being made by persons/ agencies. OMR answer sheets shall be used for the written examination and computer evaluation shall be resorted to.
