For being considered for issue of a duplicate call letters, eligible candidates who have not received call letters for written examination should :

a) Verify from the website www.rrcbilaspur.org that their name is scheduled in the list of eligible candidates. A print out of details indicating candidate’s name, community, roll number and date & venue of examination is to be taken out.

b) Confirm with local post office two/three days before the schedule date of duplicate issue of call letters that original call letter addressed to the candidates has not been received/delivered due to any change/misprinting of address.

c) Along with printout/details at (a) above, candidates should bring two passport size photographs (similar to those pasted on the application form) attested by a gazetted officer as being the photograph of the candidate in question. Non SC/ST candidates to bring details regarding postal order/Bank draft that was enclosed with the application as application fee. Photocopy of the application form, if available should also be brought.

With the above documents/details, these candidate should report strictly as per schedule above (during normal office working hours) to the office of Dy. CPO/Recruitment located at
RTS Railway Colony,
Near Kendriya Vidyalaya,
Bilaspur (C.G.) – 495004 (located about a kilometer away from Bilaspur Railway Station)
