    Pay Scales :
    The Manager (HR) would be placed in the IDA pay scale of `24900-50500/-. The Management Trainees (HR) would be paid stipend of `10000/-p.m. during the training period of six months. On successful completion of the training, the Trainee will be placed in the IDA pay-scale of `12600-32500/- (E-0) as Assistant Manager (HR). Supervisor (Technical) would be placed in the IDA pay scale of `11600-26000/- (S-1).

    Mode of Selection :
    The eligible candidates short-listed based on the initial scrutiny will be called for test and interview. Suitable instructions in this regard will be sent to the candidates individually.
