Seeking a Marketing Supervisor to work in the Company for Hajj, Umrah and Tourism services in Qatar

Qualifications :
-Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity
-Must have experience arranging flight travels for higher management and / or have air ticketing knowledge
-Knowledge in and Amadeus or any Travel Systems is an added advantage
-Respond to travel requirements Service Skills (Tourism) / Hospitality / Hotel Management or equivalent
- Coordinate the design and placement of any sales and marketing activity
- Maintain and coordinate changes
- Retail understanding of the products and applications.
- Develop short term goals by liaising with colleagues and support agencies
-Keep up to date with marketing developments.
-Coordination of marketing with Sales Manager to achieve overall business/sales objectives
-Monitoring of competitors marketing activities
-The marketing supervisor will implement strategies and plans to identify marketing opportunities, and new project development in line with department objectives.
- Meticulous and Customer service-oriented
- Ability to Manage stress and work in a fast pace environment
-Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday when required
-Positive attitude and a team player
-Preference will be given if suitable candidate can commence work immediately

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION :
Degree level with additional Professional Qualifications in a field such as Tourism Services, Marketing, or Communications/Call Centers.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE :
Have knowledge of selling techniques to include prospecting, presenting and closing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. Fluency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. A strong command of English languages is essential, understanding of Arabic language is a plus.

SKILLS/ABILITIES :
Customer-focused, industrious, ambitious, organized, ability to work in a team and work independently and organize workload efficiently. One must have excellent presentation skills. Self-motivated team player with good sales /service attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment. Multi-task, work independently and under pressure. Passion for delivering excellent service by having a customer-first mindset.
Flexible and adaptable to quick changing environment(s).
Be action and results oriented. Have excellent oral and written communication skill.
Computer literate; very good negotiation skills; excellent communication skills; very good organizational skills.
