What happens once I have paid the course fees and submitted the application form along with two passport size photographs?
Once all your admission documents are in order, a place will be offered to you on the course and you can commence your program. (Subject to seat availability on each batch)
Do I have a Uniform to wear to school?
The Uniform is White shirt, black Trousers, black shoes, black socks and black blazer. This is mandatory and students will not be allowed to attend classes otherwise.

What are the minimum requirements to apply for a Air Hostess / Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew position?
Qualification : 10+2 Pass
Age : Minimum 18 and the maximum could be as low as 32.
Health : Good health is essential and if you are successful in the selection process, you will normally be required to undergo a medical examination
Height :
Most airlines require you to be no shorter than 5ft 2in and no taller than 6ft 3in. This applies to both men and women. This is for safety, as you will be required to reach equipment that is carried on board the aircraft.
Weight :
The airlines do request that your weight be in proportion to your height. The WHO recommendation of BMI (Body Mass Index) is applied by several airlines.
First Aid :
Although having a first aid certificate is not a minimum requirement set by all airlines, it does however help with your application for the position of cabin crew.
Second Language :
A second language is an advantage, however not essential to most airlines. We do however recommend having a second language, as this will help your application.
Customer Service experience :
Customers are the highest priority, therefore airlines seek to recruit cabin crew who have enjoyed working and have excelled in customer contact positions. Also working with special needs, such as the elderly, children and infants and people with physical disabilities would be an advantage.

Experience in a face-to-face customer service role
Excellent interpersonal skills and the maturity to deal with a range of customer needs.
Experience, ideally in the sales and service industry.

Airline cabin crew, are also known as flight attendants. This position occupied by a female member is popularly called as Air Hostess or Flight Stewardess. When the same position is occupied by a male member it is called as Flight Steward. Otherwise, Air Hostess / Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew / Flight Steward / Flight Stewardess all mean the same position. The primary responsibility is ensuring passenger safety during a flight. They are also required to ensure the comfort of passengers which is why good customer service skills are so important.
