Job Description
1) Maintenance functions of all electrical, auxiliaries and utilities of a steel mill having Electric Arc Furnace with Electro hydraulic regulation, Ladle Refining Furnace, CCM, EOT Cranes and Fume Extraction system.
2) Preventive maintenance of all electrical system of EAF, LRF, and CCM.
3) Various analysis related to electrical consumption including breakdown analysis and report preparation for delays in production and analysis of repetitive problems and carry out subsequent modifications and countermeasures wherever necessary.
4) Experience of setting up of sub-stations
5) Weekly and annual shutdown job planning.
6) Managing workforce and assigning jobs effectively during shutdown and breakdown.
7) Spares planning and repair of spare equipment/parts.
8) Estimation of annual spares and budgeting.
9) Knowledge of AutoCAD for preparation of drawings.

Desired Candidate Profile
The incumbent should desirably have 8 to 10 years of experience in the steel or melting industry. He should have working experience in the steel industry
