Job Description
The incumbent should be able to suggest various economy measures to bring down the cost of production through planned and systematic auditing/checking of all processes in the factory.Further, he should be able to give suggestions for working towards zero defects, eliminating wastage, improvement in material handling in shop floor having 6 hydraulic extrusion presses with a production capacity of 75,000 tonnes of aluminium extrusions p.a. Besides, he should also be capable of suggesting automation in the plant for reducing manpower deployed in various processes. The overall emphasis should be to study/audit/check all manufacturing processes in the factory including requirement of manpower and give suggestions to reduce the overall manufacturing cost in the entire plant

Desired Candidate Profile
The Candidate should be a qualified Industrial Engineer with 10-15 years work experience in a medium size company.He should be having rich experience of minimum 8-10 years in industrial engineering department of an engineering industry preferably manufacturing aluminium products.

FTP/GTC area different types of blowers, exhaust fan ,material handling storage silo 25000MT buffer silo, dense phase system , material conveying system, bag house, reactor, pulsing system, air slide, air lift, dust collector, ventilation system, hydrojeting process for scale removal, material distribution system, maintaining the acceptance level of of H/F & Dust as per environmental aspect.
Overhead cranes, PTA (pot tending assembles)its hydraulic system, cathode sealing, CCM area related to its power pack circuits problem & trouble shooting.
Main approach is based on different latest philosophy & root cause analysis procedure for why- why analysis RCM.RCFA,MTBF & MTTR etc, well familiar with fire fighting(B/D, PM, Predictive maintenance, c/m. s/d maintenance),
