The candidates selected for the posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil) and Junior Engineer (Civil) on contract basis are directed to report to DMRC/Kochi office on 25.04.12 and 26.04.12 respectively at 0900 hrs for their medical examination at Kochi with 6 copies of recent passport size photographs and all original documents of qualifications and experience to PD/Kochi at 2nd floor GCDA Eastern Entry Tower, Eranakulam South Railway Station, Karsha Road Kochi-682016 Kerala. On being found medically fit, the candidates have to join DMRC at the earliest but latest by10 A.M on 2nd May’12. The result for reserved category candidates is provisional and subject to the final outcome of the WRIT Petition No. 7878/2010 ( Sarv Rural & Urban Welfare Vs UOI & others). On joining, the candidates will have to undergo a 4-weeks training programme at DMRC Training Institute, New Delhi from 4th May’12 to 1st June’12.

Surety Bond : The candidates selected for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) and Junior Engineer (Civil) will have to execute a surety bond of ` 1,50,000/- and ` 75,000/- respectively to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of three years and also a three months prior notice, will be required before seeking resignation from the Corporation.The candidates are likely to be posted at Kochi. However, it may be noted that they are liable to be posted at any DMRC office in India.
