**JUNIOR MARINE SURVEYOR - 1 POST (UNRESERVED)
Classification : Class - III Scale of pay Rs.12100 - 30800 (Gross Salary Rs.22145.00)
Edu. Qualification/Experience required for direct recruitment :
(1) Diploma in civil Engineering or SSLC.
(2) Pass in Survey recorder 1st Class or 2nd Class.
(3) Preference will be given to those who have experience in Hydrographic Survey.
Age Limit : Maximum 40 years as on 01.04.2012.
Period of probation : 2 Years Probable

**MOORING MASTER - 1 No ( UNRESERVED)
Classification : Class - III Scale of pay Rs.12100 - 30800 (Gross Salary Rs.22145.00)
Edu. Qualification/Experience Required for direct recruitment :
(1) SSLC Pass,
(2) Certificate of competency for diving issued by the Naval Training School.
(3) Ability to give accurate reports of underwater examinations.
Desirable : General knowledge about Ship’s structure, salvage operations etc.
Age Limit : Maximum 35 years as on 01.04.2012.
Period of probation : 2 Years Probable

**Asst.MARINE FOREMAN - 2 POSTS (1 Post Reserved to S/C & 1Post to OBC) Scale of Pay : Rs.11000 -.29400 ( Gross Salary Rs.20196.00) Classification : Class - III Edu. Qualification/Experience Required for direct recruitment (1) SSLC Pass (2) Extensive Marine experience of at least 7 years and capable of taking charge of floating craft operation work and organization. (3) Must have experience of controlling large staff.
Desirable : Knowledge of English and Hindi.
Age Limit : Maximum 35 years as on 01.04.2012.
Period of probation : 2 Years

**SUB OFFICER - 2 POSTS ( UNRESERVED)
