Job Description
Experience in the field of Solar Photovoltaic Systems, Power Plants, Inverters etc.

Ensure delivery of results out of production (through put, quality, yield and efficiency) as per schedule and target
- Data collection and analysis for continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance of all the laid down systems and procedures
- Material (BOM/ product/ scrap) management
- Ensure healthy and safe working environment
- Implement and maintain/ improve 5'S activities
- Ensure shop floor discipline during shifts
- Take care of any special requirement/ emergency arising in the plant

Desired Candidate Profile
BTech/ MTech in relevant field with minimum 5 years related industry experience. (Solar Industry background preffered)
