TNPL Arakkodai Trust has been established in the year 2007 as an autonomous body as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited. One of the objectives of the Trust is to develop technical skill among rural youth around the factory area. To meet the above objective, an Industrial Training Centre (ITC) is being set up at Kagithapuram in Karur District, Tamil Nadu under TNPL Arakkodai Trust.
