Essential Job Functions :
1. Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Finance, Client Services, Sales, Operations and IT.
2. Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
3. Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
4. Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
5. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
6. Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent. transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.
7. Understanding of all phases of the systems development lifecycle process; including process mapping, scope definition, requirements gathering & functional design.

Desired Profile Minimum Requirements :
Strong written , verbal , analytical and presentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company. Position requires proficiency in Word ,Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Extensive travel may be required depending upon the position. Should possess excellent written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills.

Software Engineer :
1. Should be Graduate or Under Graduate (BE , MCA).
2. More then 65% in all classes till date.
3. Should possess excellent written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of Core Java, and Advance Java (Servlets, JSP, EJB XML)
5. Hands on exprience and expertise in Adob Photoshop, Dream Viewer.
6. Should be expert of Scripting Language like Java Script, VB Script.
7. Must know and understand the Concept of FOSS and open source Technology like PHP , Java. 8. Must be hardworking , enthusiastic, loyal to the company. 8. Core Java / J2ME (Data structures, Algorithms, Operating system basics, Compiler and general C/C++/java) and a flair towards developing ERP.
Mandatory skills :
JAVA programming skills with 2/ 4 Years experience in Core Java , EJB, Java Patterns, JDBC, JMS, JSP, Java OOPS, Ruby, Servlets, RMI, Spring, Struts. Expertise on Springs, Hibernate and JQuery. Experience in JSP, Struts , Java Script , AJAX , CSS , HTML, Unit test frameworks like JUnit. Experience in application servers like Tomcat / Web logic / Jetty / Glassfish. Exposure to other tools and softwares like Source code versioning systems (SVN or CVS), design tools Rational Rose or Eclipse or any of the Open Source tools. Knowledge of Web 2.0 applications, agile based development and delivery models like SCRUM.Worked on several development / Support projects.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : For Sr. Developer: 4+ years; For Jr Developer: 2+ years
Trainee Programmers : Fresher.
