SITE SUPERVISORS :
Any Graduate / H.Sc. with min. 4+ years of supervisory experience on construction site.

STORES IN-CHARGE :
Any Graduate / H.Sc. having min. 3 years of experience of managing stores on a construction site.

SR. ESTIMATION ENGINEER :
B. E. / Diploma (Civil) with a minimum of 3 years experience in the costing & estimation department, knowledge of HIT Office or similar estimation software is a must. Experience of having worked on the site would be an added advantage. Candidate should have managerial skills & should be a team player.

SAFETY MANAGER :
Any Engineering Graduate or Diploma, preferably Civil with additional qualifications in safety. Should have 5+ years experience in construction industry. Candidate should be assertive, have managerial abilities & team spirit with good communication & convincing skills. Knowledge of implementing OHSAS 18001 is a must.

SAFETY OFFICERS :
Any engineering graduate or Diploma preferably Civil with additional qualification in safety. Should have 1+ years experience in construction safety with good communication & convincing skills. Good command over English & Marathi is a must.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Sr. Structural Design Engineer :
M.E. or M.Tech (Structures) with min. 5 years of experience in designing RCC & Steel structures using Staadpro or Strap.

SR. ENGINEERS :
B.E. / Diploma (Civil) holder with min. 5 years of site experience. Should have successfully executed high rise buildings in big sized projects. Candidate should have managerial skills, decision making & leadership qualities. Should be able to set & achieve targets.

JR. ENGINEERS :
B.E. / Diploma (Civil) holder with min. 3 years on site experience. Candidates capable of planning the work schedule, organising the work flow, managing teams & completing the tasks in time with high sense of ownership & responsibility would be a plus.
