Management Trainees :
Required 0-3 years experienced MBA graduates to join us. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. They need to be highly sophisticated to have conversations with senior level executives and offer intelligent advice. They should be able to use MS-OFFICE in expert manner. The trainees will be used on various activities from defining policies, researching in CRM domain to developing marketing collaterals.

Freshers :
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/ MCA/MSc - Computers with a minimum aggregate of 60% need to apply. No experience is required.
Good knowledge of data structures, operating systems, networking and algorithms. Should have written 10 KLOC code in C, C++, Java, C#.Net or PHP. Should have good communication skills and excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Must be a team player with results-orientation.

C/C++ Developer :
B.E/B. Tech/ M.C.A min. 65% throughout the academics, sound knowledge of data structures and operating systems. Looking for candidates with excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills are a plus.
Minimum 1 years experienced and proficient in development in a Web environment. Should have technical skills in Microsoft .Net 1.1/2.0 programming skills, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, development and administration skills, XML and HTML/XHTML/CSS. Experience in object oriented concepts and design is a must. Good understanding of SDLC processes will be an added advantage.
The Candidate : Must be a B.E./B. Tech graduate. Comfortable in Windows2003 Server environment.
Candidate are required to have knowledge of Content Management System and (CMS) concepts with hands-on experience of using CMS products or building a CMS from scratch and with the technical aptitude to learn quickly new Content Management Systems such as MCMS 2003 and Tridion.
