The machine consists of a cylinder holding mechanism comprising of C-channel base upon which a sliding barrow wheel arrangement that supports the silencer. Circumferential welding is carried out by rotating barrow wheel’s using gear reduction, that indirectly rotates the cylinder and Straight line welding is carried out using special gun holding mechanism mounted on table top & table is adjustable in height to accommodate for all sizes of silencer/ cylinder.
