I had joined this company on 7th of October 2011 as an Assistant manager marketing .I was having experience of 1 and half years with a very good track record. HR head, Krishna Tripathi, called me again and again up till I joined this company.The working culture of Kryfs Power Component is very bad and disgusting,communalism prevails in all aspects.Heads of every department use all disgusting languages. Therefore I resigned on 9th of November 2011 .They did'nt even paid my salary.I am having all the proofs ,therefore please give me some Idea how can I get my salary of one month.Because of Kryfs Power Component I left my previous job also and therefore I also want to bring this into every one notice think thousand times before joining this company.
