Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities : -

1. Monitoring and ensuring performance by Maintenance Contractors (charts, reports, calls visits, co-ordination letters)
2. Personal supervision on essential, important & extensive maintenance work.
3. Acceptance testing of maintenance work
4. Following process, making reports, attending calls
5. Trouble shooting (guiding skilled hands in order, to rectify problems)
6. Hiring skilled hands, advising, changing resources and executing emergency, stagnant, delayed & crucial jobs.
7. Follow instructions of Maintenance Manager.

BE (Mech / Electrical )
With 1+ years of relevant experience.
