Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of work experience in Garment Designing. Exposure to Souring and merchandising of Men’s category Readymade garments for a good retail brand will be given preference

Job Description :
Ideation of Seasonal Collection :
Identification of the Season on the looks in terms of colors, fabrics & styling trends for four collections in a year (two main and two interim collections)

Seasonal Range Planning & Grid Development :
Fabric types, price points, categories for final product grid

Innovation in :
Fabrics
Product Styling and Trims
Product Presentations

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Passion and attitude for designing
- Excellent knowledge of domestic and global trends in fashion, designing, color palette and fits
- Developing Trend/mood boards, color palette, design sheets (sketching & CAD) and good presentation skills
- Fabric and Trim selection, creating trim cards and making of garment samples
- Exposure for retail Merchandising is will be a big advantage
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Positive, high on integrity, professional, analytical, energetic and entrepreneurial attitude
· Good Communication skills and pleasing personality with decent grooming standard.
