1. Briefly examine the basic concepts in geomorphology, as proposed by Thornbury.
2. Classify the types of weathering and briefly explain each one of them.
3. Describe the erosional landform featurs associated with mountain glacier.
4. Write an essay on the evolution of slopes in different environments. (2x15 = 30 marks)

Answer any three of the following questions.
Each answer should not exceed 5000 words
All questions carry equal marks.
5. Examine the causes and consequences of sea level changes.
6. Describe, with suitable examples, the various types of folds and faults.
7. Write an essay on the relationships between plate tectonics and earthquake occurences.

9. Describe the erosional landform features related to waes.
