    1. The use of certain applications for touch-based mobile devices can prove to be difficult for intellectually challenged people. By performing tests and gathering user feedback, great difficulty has been detected in the use of various applications due to their complicated interfaces. The authors propose a set of guidelines, aimed at developers, to help design more accessible interfaces when developing applications for intellectually challenged, so this might increase the overall ease of use of mobile devices.

From the above scenario, what is your analysis?

    2. The inclusion of multimedia content in different web-based services has increased significantly. Through an extensive subjective testing campaign, we analyze the quality of experience concerning video transmissions associated to these types of services when accessed from mobile devices and mobile Internet connections. Contrary to traditional normalized quality assessment studies, we point out the service context as a key aspect in quality assessments. Specifically, we analyze the impact of the duration of the test material on quality assessments. We find out that tolerance to visual degradations is higher in the specific context of use compared to when using standardized methodologies for quality assessment, which has a significant impact in terms of commercial service acceptability.

    Briefly explain the scenario above?
