• The Person should have Experience in Rapier Weaving with proficiency in Loom Maintenance & Textile Settings.
• 5 or more years of experience required in Rapier or Water-jet Weaving.
• Independently Shift handling experience with technical trouble shooting & worker handling in shift in reputed woven fabric manufacturing organization.
• The person should have competency to ensure highest level of performance of his shift in terms of first grade packing & efficiency.
• Conversant with on line loom monitoring system will be an added advantage.
• Should have source of labour and recruitment
• Good communication skills - Hindi / English
