This is to inform to all the lawyers that Bihar State Electricity Board as per the Bihar State Litigation Policy, 2011 has decided to appoint lawyer in the different courts

Eligibility Criteria :
1. The applicant counsel should have minimum 7 years experience
2. The priority will be given to those advocates who are listed as Advocate on Record as per the rules of respective courts.
3. The advocate should have exposure to Electricity Laws in addition to contract, Agreement, Arbitration, Service Law, Disciplinary Proceedings etc.

Scale of fee :
The scale of fee of the appointed lawyers for Supreme Court of India, High Court, Patna and District Courts will be decided by Bihar State Electricity Board on the basis of the fee structure determined by the State Government from time to time.

How to Apply :
1. The willing counsel should submit their application by way of a Resume duly signed by the counsel in the prescribed format along with the supporting documents, failing which the candidature may be rejected.

2. The FORMAT may be downloaded from the official website of Bihar State Electricity Board.

3. The application with duly filled up resume in the Format may be sent to the
Senior Law Advisor cum Additional Secretary,
Bihar State Electricity Board,
Vidyut Bhawan,
Jawaharlal Nehru March,
Patna-800021
by Registered Post so as to reach on or before 30.04.2012.

4. The Envelop must specify the court or courts to which the learned counsel is willing. Separate application for a particular court is required.

Note : - Applicant is required to submit documentary proof with respect to aforesaid items/information.
