Synchronizing with faculty on conduct of labs
Maintain the compilers and machines at LAB
Help students Debug their code
Ensuring students finish the lab exercises as defined
Updating concerned faculty on student progress and behavior
Create new work examples, handle classes when needed and organize
Work closely with the Sys admin person to ensure student happiness and productivity at labs
Give feedback to faculty/center head on issues/ progress e
Be available at Labs for help to students
Create more and more worked out examples for various batches

Experience in handling students & C, C++ will be added advantage.

We propose a back-end forwarding scheme, called ssl_with_bf, that employs a low-overhead user-level communication mechanism like Virtual Interface Architecture to achieve a good load balance among server nodes.
Existing System :
In existing system, they have used to develop the project using Round Robin [RR] model and SSL with Session model and not effective and not able to give the out put in time and the thorough put also lesser than that their expected output.

In our Proposed System, We are going to implement the SSL with Backend Forwarding model (Algorithm) is to overcome the problem of existing system.
