To meet our current requirements and expansion plans, we invite applications for Faculty Positions (full-time, visiting, adjunct) in various related areas.

Applicants can be from two tracks - Academia and Industry. Those from Academia should hold a Ph.D or equivalent degree. Those who are pursuing Ph.D are encouraged to apply. While those without a Ph.D may also apply, if selected, they would be encouraged and expected to undertake and complete his/her Ph.D within a reasonable time. For Applicants from the Industry, the Ph.D requirement can be relaxed if the candidate has relevant and substantial work experience. However, if selected, would be encouraged and expected to undertake and complete his/her Ph.D within a reasonable time.

Teaching is the primary responsibility of every faculty - at IDM as well as at Executive Training level. With reference to Research, those from the Academia track would be expected to undertake publishable academic research with strong application orientation, those from the Industry would be expected to generate quality case studies. Faculty at IDM is encouraged to generate and execute consulting assignments. Besides, every faculty member is expected to support the Director in various institution-building activities.

While compensation is not a constraint, it is the IDM culture and the environment which would be a bigger attraction for the right candidate.
