** Defining the systems and support to clients for their Statutory Compliances and ensuring proper flow of documentation
** Providing guidance and support to clients for obtaining export / any other benefit available under the various schemes issued by the Ministry of Commerce
** Training and Development of the Team Members
** Budgeting Team Estimates and Resource Allocation and ensuring the timelines and optimum resource utilisation
** Continuous updation and contribution to the Knowledge Bank for updation of the clients and the team
