The National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation a company registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (not for profit) has been set up with the objective to provide financial assistance to Persons with Disability for self-employment. The Corporation is presently looking for suitable result oriented persons to fill up the following posts,

Manager (Finance) : 01 Post reserved for OBC
Pay Scale : 24,900-50,500 (IDA Pattern)
Educational Qualification :
(1) (i) CA /ICWA/ MBA (Finance) and
(ii) Minimum 5 years post qualification experience, out of which 2 years experience in managerial capacity in reputed organization/Financial Institution in Project Financing/Loan Accounting/ Budgeting/Project Appraisal
OR (2) Minimum 03 years experience in case of Executive working in the pay scale of Rs.20,600- Rs.46,500 (Revised IDA Pattern) or equivalent, out of which 2 year experience in managerial capacity in reputed organization/Financial Institution in Loan Accounting/ Budgeting in lieu of (1) (i) & (ii) above
Desirable Qualification :: Experience of working in the area of Disability.
Age : 37 Years

Sr. Accountant: 01 Post reserved for OBC (OH)
Pay Scale : Rs.11,200 – 24,650 (IDA Pattern)
Educational Qualification : ICWA (Inter)/M.Com/B.Com./SAS Experience : 3 yrs for ICWA, 5 years for M.Com., 8 yr for B.com./SAS in handling salary/wages, PF, maintenance of accounts, financial returns & reports etc. Preference will be given to the candidates with hands on experience of using computers for accounting purposes
Age : 32 Years

Junior Assistant : 01 Post reserved for SC
Pay Scale : Rs.10,600 – 23,250 (IDA Pattern)
Educational Qualification :
1)Degree in Art/Science/Commerce
2) A Certificate course in computer application not less than six months duration from a reputed institution.
3) Knowledge of standard software packages, (MS-Office, Word, FOXPRO etc.).
4) Data entry speed of not less than 6000 key depressions per hour.
Age : 27 Years

Cashier: 01 Post reserved for ST
Pay Scale : 10000-21100 (Revised IDA Pattern)
Educational Qualification :
1) B.Com (Honours) from a recognized university.
2) Minimum 2 years experience of handling Cash in Financial institute/PSU/Bank / Private organization of repute.
3) A Certificate course in computer application not less than six months duration from a reputed institution.
4) Typing speed in Hindi/English - 30 w.p.m
Age limit : 27 Years
