    **Assistant Director (General Administration)
    Post reserved for : UR:03, SC:02, OBC:03
    Eligibility :
    Masters Degree in any discipline or Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognized University.
    And Three years experience in supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in any department of the Central Government
    or a State Government or in any recognized Organisation or a Statutory Body.
    OR Bachelors Degree from a recognized University And Diploma in Co-operation or Education or Journalism from a recognized University or Institution.
    And Five years experience in supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in any department of the Central Government

    **Assistant Director (Khadi)

    Eligibility :
    Masters Degree in any discipline or Bachelors Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Chemistry or Textile Manufacturing from a recognised University.
    And Three years experience in supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in any department of the Central Government or a State Government or in any recognized Organisation or a Statutory Body.

    **Assistant Director (Village Industries)

    Masters Degree in Chemistry or Botany or Bachelors Degree in Paper Technology or Silicate Technology or Food Technology or Sugar Technology or Oil Technology or Fuel Technology or Leather Technology or Ceramic Technology or Chemical Technology or Agriculture or Ayurvedic Medicines or Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Electronics from a recognised University.

    Eligibility :
    Masters Degree in Commerce from a recognised University.
    And Two years experience in preparation and maintenance of accounts in supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in any department of the Central Government or a State Government or in any recognized Organisation or a Statutory Body.
    OR Bachelors Degree in Commerce from recognized University.
    And Five years experience in preparation and maintenance of accounts in supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in any department of the Central Government or a State Government or in any recognized Organisation or a Statutory Body.

    Age : Not exceeding thirty five years

    Selection Procedure :
    (A) Selection will be on the basis of performance in personal interview.
    (B) Mere possession of the essential qualifications does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.
    (C) Where the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large and it will not be convenient or possible for the KVIC to interview all the candidates, the KVIC at their discretion may restrict the number of candidates to a reasonable limit on the basis of the qualification and experience in the relevant field.
