Responsibilities :
Sourcing of working capital files by activating sourcing channels like branches, direct sales and achieving the disbursement target set for the year
Customer meeting for assessment of customer profile and eligibility
Activation of Sourcing channels to generate leads for working capital
nteraction with credit and operations team for sanction and disbursement of the file
Sourcing of liability and other asset products from existing and new customers
Requirements :
Should have reasonable knowledge of financials
A high caliber sales professional with excellent energy levels, communication skills
B com /MBA finance
Should have understanding of mortgage backed products
Knowledge of Working Capital desirable
Age below 30 years
Atleast 2 years experience in sale of asset products
Position : Relationship Manager - Emerging Enterprises Group
Work Location : Delhi
Responsibilities :
Take over of the portfolio from acquisition team and enhance the portfolio based on customer requirement
Complete renewal of the account , Call Memo, Site and plant visit . Ensure customer submits the stock statement on time
Ensure that the limits are utilized by the customer
Ensure regularization of delinquent accounts
Review and exit of stressed accounts
Ensure cross sell of liability and other asset products to
Ensure fee income growth by increasing the NFB Limits , FX and insurance sales
Interaction with the credit and ops team for sanction of renewals and limit updation
Complete ownership of a portfolio of between app. 35 productive accounts. The number of accounts managed may vary depending upon asset size of the portfolio, geography covered, operational intensity and branches mapped to the RM. He is bank’s face to the customer
Responsible for the growth of the portfolio (organic and inorganic), ensuring targets are met and there is availability of an increased revenue stream
Credit Management & Housekeeping : Primarily includes CAM preparations and timely renewals, obtaining and closing deferrals, plant and site visits and preparation of call memos, obtaining and deciphering stock statements, quarterly results, insurance. TOD management.
Ensuring the quality of Portfolio : Be on the lookout for stress signs in the client operations / activity and address them
Day to day Activities
CAM / SRM
Documentation Pre-sanction and post sanction
Customer negotiation on rates and other terms
Updating LTS and conversion of leads
Regular Branch interaction
Daily servicing of customer
Call Memo preparation
Site visit / plant /property visitation
Supporting RMs for the above activities for their accounts
Requirements :
Should have prior knowledge of working capital products
B com graduate /MBA finance/CA
Should be willing to travel and coordinate with outstation location executives for completion of documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Atleast 2 years experience in customer service ( with field visit)
Experience in working capital ( CC Limits etc) candidates having knowlege of mortgages and financials Products,Good Managerial Skills
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management or Chartered Accountancy in Marketing or equivalent
Position : Customer Service - Priority Desk
Work Location : Chennai
Responsibilities :
Priority Desk team at Credit Cards Correspondence is responsible for handling all escalations queries/complaints from MD/Senior Management / Regulatory bodies and responds directly to customers.
Actioning of mails received from Credit Card customers and provide suitable resolution/response within established guidelines
Liaise with the various functional units in credit cards and ensure complete resolution within TATs
Requirements :
Graduate with minimum of 5 - 7 overall experience with some experience in handling customer correspondence / escalations.
Should have excellent written communications with typing skills
Flexibility to work on shifts / Sunday / holidays
