Description : Project is based on study of structure and organization of Chromosomes in Prokaryotes and eukaryotes.
- Bioinformatics Project on FLC gene done in 2nd year.
Description : Project is based study of evolutionary tree of FLC gene (flower locus C gene ) obtained by multiple sequence alignment of the gene in various plants species.
- Bioinformatics Project on actin protein analysis in M.Sc. 1st semester.
Description : Project is based on molecular phylogenetic analysis of “actin” protein
among various plant species.
- Bioinformatics Project on secondary structure prediction of avr protein with the help of choufasman software in M.Sc. 3rd semester.
Description : Project is based on to predict the secondary structure of avirulance protein B(AvrB) of Pseudomonas syringae by using its primary amino acid sequence with the help of Chou-Fasman parameters( rules derived from knowm protein structure.)

- M.Sc.Dissertation project
“Molecular and physiological aspects of potato tuberization” under Prof. Amar Kumar.
- Attended workshop on “molecular biology of cancer: recent trends” organized by Rajiv Ghandi Cancer Institute & Research Centre, Rohini, Delhi.
